Precision imaging for tiny chests, no motion artifacts

This week, we’re sharing a recent pediatric chest scan performed on an 11-month-old patient using the DISCOVERY 3.0T system and Snuggle our 24-channel pediatric body coil.

Despite the challenges of imaging the chest in infants—where motion and cooperation are limiting factors—this 2D acquisition achieved excellent soft tissue contrast and resolution, supporting clear anatomical assessment in a time-efficient scan.
