In a recent fetal scan at 27 weeks gestation, the Snuggle coil demonstrated its unique ability to deliver high-resolution dynamic imaging without compromising maternal comfort. Using a True FISP sequence on a 1.5 Tesla MRI system, each dynamic image was acquired in just 460 milliseconds with a voxel size of 1.0 mm x 1.0 mm x 6.0 mm and a GRAPPA acceleration factor of 2.0.
The results? Exquisite images with high signal-to-noise ratio, capturing the fine anatomical detail of a moving fetus—something once thought impossible with such speed and clarity at 1.5T.
