InkSpace Imaging develops and manufactures Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) coils focused on improving the patient experience and imaging performance. The Vice President of Sales and Marketing directs the course and implements the marketing and sales plans that will lead to greater brand recognition and increased market share. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President will be accountable for delivering measurable results that achieve and exceeds revenue and margin targets. The successful candidate must have an extensive network in the radiology space in the US.

Responsibilities

Develop and direct all sales and marketing strategy and activity

Manage brand awareness, develop strategic promotional plans, and prepare marketing campaigns

Develop strategies and tactics for increasing market share

Develop and implement annual plans with KPIs and manage to monthly, quarterly and annual expense and revenue budgets

Responsible for lead generation. Prospect new customers and relationships in health systems, hospitals, and private outpatient markets to sell MRI coils and service contracts

Develop and manage sales channels such as OEM Sales

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and reports

Track and analyze marketing and sales data to formulate successful campaigns and ensuring CRM is up to date

Provide leadership, direction, and management to the marketing and sales team to ensure exceptional service to all stakeholders that produce market differentiation and competitive advantage

Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders, strategic partners, and clients to research market needs and identify possible new product solutions
Qualifications
-
A minimum of 15 years of marketing and sales experience in medical imaging devices with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments

10+ years of Radiology sales experience with a network in the radiology space, preferably selling diagnostic imaging equipment or related peripheral devices to radiologists

Previous sales executive experience with great track record of hiring and growing sales and marketing teams

BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences or related field required

Strong ability to sell medical imaging products based upon customer need; excellent sales presentation skills; strong ability to overcome customer objections and concerns; ability to quickly learn new products and services

Strong ability to communicate at all levels including C-Level, Radiology Managers, Radiologists and Technologists; excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong ability to develop long-term business relationships; strong listening skills; ability to interact with other departments to support the servicing of the customer

Strong ability to structure sales that meet the customers’ requirements including product specifications and price; and to resolve problems in a timely, efficient and complete manner

Ability to setup, monitor and maintain required KPI reports

Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

Team player with good time-management skills.

Excellent track record of creating and executing various sales strategies and marketing campaigns, both for the short term and long term.

Proficient in financial analysis and establishing sales and marketing budget, action plans and KPIs
